You might wanna wait until I get my juice before you ask how my experience was. Pay a extra $60 for shipping and it's been 13 days since I ordered my juice. Still waiting

I understand that the government has thrown a wrench into the works by allowing big tobacco to muck around with the e-cigarette economy. I also understand that the e-cigarette companies have been forced to find different ways to get their products to the folks who use them. But, I placed my order on August 10th, and have yet to see it.
I have since placed an order through another company, on august 15th, as a matter of fact, and received THAT ONE, on the 18th. So…

thank for asking me about the vape order still waiting for it to come but will be patient. once I have It in my hand. the I will leave a review.

Fast shipping and great products. I just wish that I could of used my 15 percent off coupon on the products I purchased. I tried to use the coupon and it was denied.

I had a good experience and will buy vapes from here again. It took a little longer to receive my order than I had hoped for but it was still normal time. Thank you

Not that I had a choice for their shipping, but I will never use them again.
Disastrous communication regarding delivery of this package, they returned it to sender claiming they did not have the code to the gate, which does not need a code.
They never called me on the telephone when I had strictly said to call me Before delivering.
Even after 27 communications by email back and forth and they shipped it Again, (a different product because the previous ones were no longer available!) they still never telephoned me as they promised and only by accident did I find the package!

I ordered a new vape and replacement coils several weeks ago. Never got it. They claim there are issues with shipping and they have to use 3rd party shipping companies. They can’t get ahold of the shipping company to get tracking updates. I’m supposed to be getting a refund through route which I’m still confused on, why it’s not through the company. I am beyond frustrated as it has been almost a month and still no updated tracking or my money back. I wouldn’t use this company if I were you. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this has been the worst experience.

Extremely slow shipping. 12 days and still no tracking update. I understand the new shipping laws make the business difficult but I have not had an issue with other online vape store. This is my 3rd and last order from misthub. This issue happened with both of my orders last 2 orders 😒

I placed an order on March 4th, It shows it was delivered on March 17th. I was not home that day, I was traveling out of state and my husband was at work. So needless to say I didn’t receive the order, even though it needed to be signed for. So I emailed Misthub and explained everything. They sent me another order right away. I am very happy for the service I received and will still be placing my orders with them again. The employees have always been very understanding, friendly and very helpful when I have contacted them. Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
